The average Neon Tracksuit Trivia Night looks like this: five rounds of 6-10 questions, with a mix of pop culture, history, local lore, and anything else that feels like fodder for a great trivia question. One that makes you cock your head in recognition or guffaw that you were so close to nailing it. Every round is different, and they're interspersed with some more fun along the way: Lightning Rounds that reward teams quick on the draw or with the limberness to sneak under the limbo bar, or whatever. The final round is the wager round. Put your money where your mouth is (for the love of god, not literally) and wager your points total on random trivia and you just might position your team to win.

We've been doing this for awhile, beginning at Fiction Brewing before hosting weekly trivia nights at Denver's 10 Barrel Brewing before it up-and-closed. We even kept to it during covid, moving things online for a virtual trivia that mostly helped us preserve our sanity for a time. By our count, in five years as trivia hosts, we've collectively written more than 11,000 trivia questions, give-or-take. Hopefully, that counts for something!
